3CX Monitoring Clients - Support Credits billed at $65.00 per hour. Each unit purchased will provide 1 hour of phone support.
Full service 3CX monitoring plan, including regular updates to your 3cx install and support when you need it. This plan is $35.00 per month and includes our premium Network Watchguard server monitoring that protects your server from viruses and malware and also monitoring it 24 hours day, plus this also includes data backups! Any support that would be needed is billed at a rate of $65.00 per hour, as-needed and/or as requested by you. You will have a dedicated rep and support engineer to work with you and your server.
Non-Customer Support Credits billed at $85.00 per hour. Each unit purchased will provide 1 hour of phone support.
