NOTE: If you are doing an automated or manual upgrade from V18 to V20, none of this needs to be done.

To move this forward for future NEW 3CX V20 installs, this is what needs to be done.
Log into to the management area for the license key you are activating @ https://customer.3cx.com/
Search for the install. You can search by customer name or FQDN in the search field.
CLICK INSTALL under the TYPE column. **BE CAREFUL AND DO NOT CLICK "SWITCH TO HOSTED!**
After you click the above INSTALL OPTION it will take you to a page asking 4 questions.
Select the bottom option --> "3CX Self Hosted / On Premise - PRO / ENT" and then click NEXT
Select how many extension digits (2-5) you want with this install and click NEXT.
The next page is SYSTEM PREFERENCES. Select the correct options and select NEXT
The next step will present you with 4 STEPS. You just need to download the XML file on step 3 and then close out of this screen. You may want to rename this XML file as the FQDN and store it, incase you need it in the future.
NEXT, go to the activation link that we provide in the activation email. It will look like this - http://--IP ADDRESS--:5015/?v=2
Click the link that we provided in the activation email, and on that web page select the first option to upload a configuration file. Upload it and select NEXT
Follow the prompts from there out. It will then provide a congratulations screen for you to set your password. OPEN NOTEPAD AND STORE YOUR PASSWORD INTO YOUR NOTEPAD FILE.
IMPORTANT - ON THE CONGRATULATONS SCREEN, COPY THAT INTO NOTEPAD ALSO. YOU WILL NEED THAT USERNAME AND PASSWORD TO LOG IN. Otherwise you will be locked out!
Go to the log in screen and log in with your username and password above.
V20 UI is different. Your admin panel is below on the left labeled "ADMIN" - The UI is very different!
